| Originally from South Carolina, Vince Adame made his mark in Atlanta with loungecore band, Kingsized, before moving to Portland and immersing himself in the music scene. Most any night you can see him performing in Portland or the greater Northwest in one of his blues bands like the Blue Vein Miners, various rock acts like Joshua James and the Runaway Trains, and his country/americana band, Jennifer Lynn. Vince initially came to KFH as a last-minute sub for a private party at the Ash Street Saloon back in 2004. He was a natural, having actually played the '70s and '80s tunes in those years. After several recurring stints subbing for Vic the Stick at Dante's, he was brought on as a regular. Vince also serves as host when needed and loves to sing the slow stuff. His favorite way to relax is anywhere he can enjoy a Cuba Libre with extra lime, and a box-pressed CAO Anniversario cigar. The rest is gravy. (he loves that, too) |
